Rise Up Downtown 2012
On Friday, September 7, 2012 the Tuesday’s Children Junior Board held their Second Annual Rise Up Downtown September 11, 2001 Commemorative Ball at Broad Street Ballroom in the heart of the financial district of New York City.
The event included food from Agave NYC, live music by the Jim Roberti Band and a silent auction featuring items from David Yurman, Winged Foot Golf Club and tickets to see the Yankees, Mets and Rangers play this season.
A special thank you to Noel Charbonneau and Aria Grillo who served as the event’s co-chairs and to Kevin Parks for speaking on behalf of the Junior Board. Also many thanks to our event sponsors: Agave NYC, Frankly Wines, Heineken, Patron, Rafferty Capital Markets, Small Luxury Hotels of the World, Taylor Creative, Tribeca Treats and Ultimat. Through the efforts of the entire Junior Board, the event raised over $70,000 in support of Tuesday’s Children’s programs and services.
