Healing is a lifelong process. It never really ends, and grief can sometimes sneak up on you when you least expect it. Tuesday’s Children will never abandon you to cope on your own. We are here for the long-term, through all the stages and needs of your life after trauma and loss. We serve individuals and families who have lost a loved one due to 9/11 or in military service since 9/11.
Tuesday’s Children is unique among organizations that serve military families. Out of 44,000+ military-serving nonprofits, fewer than one percent serve Gold Star or families of fallen soldiers, and even fewer of them provide lifelong support. We provide a long-term connection for all those who loved and lost a post-9/11 military service member. We understand the loss impacts the entire family, and we are here for all. This includes but is not limited to spouses, children, parents, siblings, fiancés/fiancées, partners and other members of the household. Tuesday’s Children serves all families regardless of branch or service, circumstance of loss or military status.
Tuesday’s Children provides a community where you can interact with other people who understand your loss because they’ve been through it, too. We help you build lifelong relationships through our mentoring programs and retreats. Tuesday’s Children is there for you whenever you need that safe space to land. We will help you with skills to re-engage when you’re ready; among them is our Career Resource Center.
Become part of the Tuesday’s Children family for a lifetime of support. Register yourself and your family today here.
