Tuesday’s Children hosted its first ever overnight Outward Bound retreat for teens 13-16! Tuesday’s Children teens participated in high and low ropes course challenges, fun team-building games, and group hiking activities. All built leadership skills, made new friends, and had fun!

First Responder Alliance Community Event

The First Responder Alliance gathered in Elmont, NY for an afternoon of bowling, food, and fun. We were thrilled to see so many strikes, spares, and smiles! Thank you to Dani’s Strike Zone for your hospitality year after year!

Mentor Month Celebration

Tuesday’s Children hosted a celebration for our Mentors and Mentees at Bowlmor Lanes at Chelsea Piers. Our Mentor Program has been a vital part of our programs since 2002 and we enjoy seeing our matches grow and flourish with one another! Throughout the afternoon, we saw some friendly competition, strikes, spares, and even some gutter balls! Thank you to all our Mentors and Mentees!

New York Botanical Garden Train Show

What a wonderful evening at the New York Botanical Garden Train Show!

This past December, nearly 200 of Tuesday’s Children families, Board, Jr. Board and staff members came together for a warm and intimate holiday reception at the New York Botanical Garden. It was a wonderful opportunity for us to share hot chocolate, cookies, and warm holiday wishes, followed by a viewing of the annual Train Show! This beautiful and classic event features models of over 150 historic buildings and bridges, and was a great kick-off to the holiday season!
