Cantor Fitzgerald Charity Day
On Tuesday, September 11, 2012, Cantor Fitzgerald hosted their annual Charity Day. Every year, Cantor Fitzgerald commemorates the lives lost on September 11, 2001 by reaching out to help others and turning a tragic day into one that sends a positive message. Each Charity Day, 100% of Cantor Fitzgerald’s revenues are distributed to dozens of charities around the world.
Many of the charities brought along celebrities to answer phones and chat with traders and customers throughout the day. Thanks to our partners, the New York Mets and the National Hockey League, Tuesday’s Children was proud to have NHL Hall of Famer, Pat LaFontaine, New York Mets Hall of Famer, John Franco and Mr. Met serve as our celebrity ambassadors.
It is an absolute honor for Tuesday’s Children to be included as part of Cantor Fitzgerald’s Charity Day among many other very worthy charities!
