Calling all DADS, BROTHERS, MALE SPOUSES and SONS of our Fallen Military Heroes (18 yrs old and up)

We are excited to announce our first Men’s Retreat. This Helping Heals Retreat will be for men only and connects Tuesday’s Children families with community service projects, volunteerism and disaster-relief programs, providing an opportunity to give back. Our Helping Heals program provides a meaningful platform for our Gold Star families to honor their fallen hero’s legacy and life of service, and to experience personal growth and healing by serving others.

We will be partnered with our amazing friends at Operation BBQ Relief at their Lake of the Ozarks Facilities. This is an amazing and unique opportunity to help give back in honor or your fallen hero while learning some amazing BBQ and smoking meat techniques from some of the best in the country (don’t worry, we will be eating plenty of it too)!

When: July 18-22

Where: Camp OBR on Lake of the Ozarks

What: We will be working at the beautiful site of Camp OBR helping to build and beautify the camp which will be a sanctuary for support, hope, compassion and friendship for our military, veterans, first responders, Gold Star, Red Star and Blue Star families. Although we will be working hard, we will also have the opportunity to learn more about BBQ and smoking meats and have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful 180 acre retreat center, lake and water activities.
