Parent Workshops, hosted by Child Mind Institute

Child Mind Institute is hosting a series of workshops this summer for parents! CMI is devoted to helping children, teens and adults reach their full potential. Director of the Stress and Resilience Program; Clinical Psychologist, Anxiety and Mood Disorders Center, Jamie M. Howard, PhD will be leading the interactive therapeutic workshops. She is a clinical psychologist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of anxiety and mood disorders in children and adolescents.

Dr. Howard earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Boston Consortium in Clinical Psychology, affiliated with Harvard Medical School and Boston University School of Medicine. She earned a master’s degree in human development and psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.

The workshops will be offered weekday evenings in NYC at Child Mind Institute

Workshops are limited to small groups to provide a meaningful experience.

Join us for a Fall day of Golf at the Forsgate Country Club. Proceeds from this event will support Tuesday’s Children for “Project Heart to Heart”,  an intensive three-day program where widows from post-9/11 military operations come together with widows from Tuesday, September 11th to heal, grow, and build lifelong friendships
