Meditation Training:
Developing and Deepening a Personal Practice

Megan Ryan, a 9/11 family member and a certified meditation teacher, is offering meditation mentorship for those interested in beginning or deepening a meditation practice. Group and individual options available.
The sessions follow a thoughtful progression aimed at developing a steady and independent practice. Participants learn clear, usable techniques that support attention, emotional balance, and deeper self-awareness—skills that can continue to provide ongoing support. The work is spiritually informed while remaining grounded and accessible through secular meditation techniques.

Join Tuesday’s Children for an unforgettable experience of honor, remembrance, and family fun at NASCAR Race Weekend at Pocono Raceway. 3-day passes are available for the full weekend, and 1-day passes are available for Sunday, June 14th. Come stop by and say hi to Tuesday's Children at the Vet Village on Saturday and join us Sunday morning for the Gold Star Family Breakfast & Ceremony. ​
