PEER SUPPORT GROUPS
Peer Support Groups are safe spaces where people with shared experiences come together for mutual support, understanding, and connection. Led by trained facilitators, these groups focus on community and post-traumatic growth. Group sessions run for 6-8 weeks throughout the year and are formed based on need and circumstance.
Visit the Upcoming Events & Programs page for details and registration for current offerings.
