Current Volunteer Administration Openings
Working directly with the development staff, Tuesday’s Children is seeking an intern to assist with the work of the department including but not limited to: database management, events planning and execution, communication with donors and outbound solicitation. Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must. Raiser’s Edge experience a plus. Some research skills are helpful. This position reports directly to the Development Director and can accommodate a flexible, but regular, schedule. The position is based in the Rockefeller Office Center.

Tuesday’s Children is seeking an intern to assist with research for the department with a focus on donor development. Excellent opportunity for persons interested in non-profit development work to learn how to research with a targeted outcome under the guidance of the director. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and evidence of research skills a must. Raiser’s Edge experience a plus. This position reports directly to the Development Director and can accommodate a flexible, but regular, schedule. The position is based in the Rockefeller Center Office.

Tuesday’s Children is seeking a volunteer with strong skills in WordPress Website design and management to work directly with our Advertising & Marketing Manager in updating and refreshing our website. Excellent hands-on opportunity to use your web skill set and understand how the design and operation of the site directly relates to the mission and work of the organization. This position is available in the Manhasset (LI) office and can accommodate a flexible, but regular schedule.

Tuesday’s Children has a large database that requires maintenance and updating with the most current available data. Persons with computer familiarity can quickly learn how to update the changes of address or other important information. Raiser’s Edge experience a plus. Some research skills are helpful. Position can accommodate flexible schedules and can be accomplished in either the Manhasset (LI) or Rockefeller Center office.
