Virtual Program Via Zoom
Noon - 1:00 PM EST
Let’s create a community together where we can connect, share, heal and support each other. Many of us are overwhelmed, stressed and worried about finances. We’re feeling isolated and miss our friends. It’s during these troubling times that grief and trauma can reappear and a sense of community is needed more than ever.
Join Tuesday’s Children and Beth Segaloff, clinical social worker and therapeutic coach, for a series of four one-hour self-care sessions focused on group discussion, journaling and movement. Beth will share strategies that turn daily struggles into love, connection and peace.
