Tuesday’s Children is excited to collaborate with Elizabeth Candela of B3yond Nutrition for a wellness series focused on nutrition. From meal planning to properly reading a food label, each class will have its own focus that aims to help you build a better self.

Monday, October 26th: How to Read a Food Label, Exercise and Sleep (Class is personalized to meet your specific needs)
Monday, November 2nd: Four Primary Foods, Emotional Eating and Food Safety
Participants can attend as few or as many sessions as they want to. You are not required to attend all three sessions.
This free program is only open to Tuesday’s Children family members.
About Elizabeth Candela
Elizabeth Candela is a New Jersey State Licensed Registered Dietician Nutritionist. She strongly believes in an evidence-based approach and utilizes strategies that are flexible and fun. This helps her clients develop positive habits that are sensible, enjoyable and sustainable over a lifetime. Elizabeth has her Masters in Biology, conducts food sensitivity testing as a Certified LEAP Therapist and is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics.
