Tuesday’s Children is excited to host our first annual summer series on Wednesdays in July at 9:00 AM EST. Join us each week for two hours of fun, divided into three activities: cooking, art and yoga.

This program is designed for children in grades K-6th.
Session 1: Wednesday, July 8
Session 2: Wednesday, July 15

All sessions will be from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST. You don’t have to attend every week!
Cooking with Chris: 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM
Art with Alby: 9:50 AM – 10:30 AM
Yoga with Beth Segaloff: 10:35 AM – 11:00 AM
Activity schedule is the same for each week of the program.

About Alberta ‘Alby’ Gyimah-Boadi
Alby is an art therapy graduate from George Washington University. The focus of her studies included, but were not limited to, psychotherapy, counseling, trauma-informed art therapy practices and multicultural diversity. As an art therapist, Alby’s job is to help patients with emotional and mental trauma express themselves. She is currently practicing in a community therapy environment and previously worked with Alzheimer’s and dementia clients at a senior living facility. She also has experience working with military personnel who have experienced Traumatic Brain Injuries and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder at the Walter Reed National Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
About Beth Segaloff
Beth is a licensed master of social work, life coach, reiki master, registered yoga teacher, certified firewalk instructor and mom. Beth holds yoga specialty certifications in Deep Play For Kids, Let Your Yoga Dance, and Grief Yoga. She spent 15 years serving as a school-based social work engaged in meeting the needs of diverse populations. She is a member of the Gold Star community and highly involved with Tuesday’s Children.
