On April 23rd Tuesday's Children, together with the Mets, were provided a chance to thank Veterans for their service and sacrifice by providing them with an evening with the Mets. The Veterans and their families spent time with many of the players, Dillon Gee, Scott Rice, and Mike Baxter to name a few. The families had a wonderful time collecting autographs and taking photos with the players. Everyone shared dinner together and then cheered on the Mets. It was a wonderful time of fun and healing through shared experience.
