Mindfulness based stress reduction has been shown to enhance the immune system, improve healing and overall well being. Learn simple relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to help manage daily challenges, to sleep better and to relax. Participants will learn simple movement practices to reduce physical discomfort and practical methods to connect the mind and body.
Shane incorporates state of the art mind-body techniques into her work, fostering self awareness and healing. Her programs help participants increase their self-esteem, improve communication skills, enhance relationships, reduce stress and create a better work/life balance.
