On August 11, 2007 Tuesday's Children staff and family members gathered for our Fifth Annual Tuesday's Children's Family Day at Shea.  This event was generously sponsored by RKL and JLJ Enterprises.  350 family members attended from all over the tri-state area and Washington D.C. to cheer on the New York Mets as they played the Florida Marlins. 

It was a fantastic evening, filled with food, fun, and plenty of Met's Fans!  All the families enjoyed our picnic dinner and a great game of classic American baseball.  Bonkers the clown was even in attendance.  He spent time with all the children, making shapes and animals out of balloons for the kids and family members.  Everyone had a blast, and the evening provided a great time for our families to be with one another and enjoy each other's company. 

Go Mets!!!  We cannot wait for this event to take place next year!
