Tuesday’s Children celebrated its 6th Annual Family Beach Day at Sandy Hook National Park in New Jersey on Father’s Day.  It has become a tradition that our families gather together to catch up with friends, spend time with the Tuesday’s Children community, and enjoy a family day at the beach.

This year was no different!  Although the weather was no exactly “beach perfect,” everyone enjoyed the food and fantastic DJ provided by Be Our Guest Entertainment.  The children danced for hours, got their faces painted by Sparkles the clown, participated in little competitive games, and spent a lot of time laughing with one another.  It was great to see our families come together and really enjoy one another.  The families came from all over the tri-state area, and one family member even drove up from Maryland for the day.  She said how much it means to her to participate in Tuesday’s Children events.
